LAMSON CONCEPTS takes charge over TANK SECURITY
Lamson held a fixed and floating charge over the Tank Security Business and chose to enforce this charge and have purchased the TANK SECURITY Business, its assets and IP.
This officially took effect on the 8th June, 2011.
Lamson have now forwarded these assets and many of the Tank Staff into the new entity called Lamson Safes and Security Pty Ltd (also to be known as LSS) ABN 13 151 014 587 which is now 100% Australian owned by Lamson.
Lamson would like to apologise to its customers for any inconvenience caused during the transitional period, we would also like to thank you for standing by us during this difficult time.
LSS will be running a leaner operation with close monitoring by Lamson Concepts Pty Ltd.
